We are looking for skilled Software Engineers with valid U.S. work authorization to collaborate with us on multiple projects and earn competitive compensation.
You’ll land multiple remote jobs using your own profile and attend necessary calls, but don’t worry—we’ll take care of all the development work remotely.
What You'll Do
- We will apply to remote software engineering roles (1099 and C2C) on your behalf using your resume and profile.
- We will handle job submissions and schedule interviews for you.
- You will:
- Attend and manage all interviews with prospective employers.
- Complete any required background checks and onboarding processes.
- Optionally receive a client-issued laptop and provide our team with secure remote access.
- Once the project begins:
- You will attend daily stand-up meetings and other required client calls.
- We will handle all technical work, including coding, testing, and delivery.
Compensation & Payment Terms
- As a U.S.-based developer, you will receive your full compensation directly from the client via 1099 or C2C—depending on the contract arrangements or offer letter. Your salary will be deposited into your bank account.
- Keep 40% of your salary if you're involved in frequent meetings or calls beyond daily stand-ups.
- Keep 30% of your salary if your involvement is limited to standard daily stand-ups.
